Don’t Have the Setup for It? We Probably Do.
The VelociWrapper 312 wraps cable & conduit into a tight, consistent bundle.
DOES THE VELOCIWRAPPER 312 FIT YOUR PROJECT NEEDS?

BUNDLING BY HAND
The Problem With Traditional Installs
Bundling cable by hand, whether it’s triplexed MV or a run of fiber conduits, is a prehistoric way to work: a crew out there every day, hauling heavy cable and burning through zip ties. It’s slow, it’s hard on people, and the quality of the bundle depends on how tired the crew is by the end of the day.
VelociWrapper evolves past it. Same bundle, first cable to last.
THE VELOCIWRAPPER EVOLUTION
Cable Goes In Loose & Comes Out Bundled
Cable or conduit feeds through the machine and comes out bundled. Nobody lifts it into position and nobody ties it, so the bundle is very consistently held together, easier to handle, and triplex with material that is less costly than expensive zip ties.
Crews on wind and solar sites use it to triplex MV cable. Contractors in data centers use it to bundle multiple fiber conduits at once. Factories use it to bundle pre-fabricated cable whips before being shipped out to construction sites.
No motors or engines. No electricity. Just pure velocity.
Common Questions
Will it damage my cable?
We built the 312 for cable from the beginning. It isn’t a machine built for something else that we adapted. It handles 4/0 through 1500 MV cable, or conduit that is roughly 1 to 3 inches outside diameter.
How does it fit what we already do?
You shouldn’t have to change your process to use it, so there are multiple ways to run it. You can mount it directly to your reel trailer. You can mount it on our trailer and double-tow it behind your reel trailer. You can park it and pull the cables through without moving it. Or you can hang it off an excavator and track next to the trench as you go.
How much maintenance?
Not much. There are no motors, no engines and no electronics on it, so there isn’t a lot that can fail. What it does need is grease. There are several grease points and they need to be greased on a regular schedule.

“We’ve installed around 95,000 trench feet of cable in the last 30 days at an average savings of $5 per foot.”
