Don’t Have the Setup for It? We Probably Do.
The VelociWrapper 312 wraps cable & conduit into a tight, consistent bundle.

THE PROBLEM IT REMOVES
Traditionally, the Reel Trailer Is a Lot of Misery & Hassle
Crews fight arbors through reels that have been tweaked out of shape. Somebody climbs up on the trailer to pin an arbor with a loaded reel swinging next to them. An excavator gets pulled off other work just to drag the cable ends back to the trailer.
None of that is the job you want to do. It’s what has to happen before the job can start.
PURPOSE-BUILT
We Designed It as a Reel Trailer Instead of Adapting One
Most reel trailers started out as something else. A flatbed, a drop deck or a container trailer, with frames dropped onto the deck and strapped, welded, or chained down.
We started from a blank sheet. Everything on the Reelodon is there because of what reeling cable out actually takes.

Getting a Reel On Shouldn’t Take Five People & Half an Hour
Load Reels Without a Crane
The A-frame stands leave room for forklift forks to clear the frame, so reels can be loaded with a crane or driven straight on with forks. No crane on site? You can keep working.
Tapered Arbors Make Alignment Easier
The tapered arbors feed into reels even when they’re shifted or slightly tweaked. Insert the tapered end and tap it through instead of fighting the reel back into shape with a forklift or finding another reel.
Latch Safely From Below
The arbors can be latched from below, eliminating the need for someone to stand next to a cable reel as it swings into place.
Pull your cable ends with the trailer instead of an excavator
There’s a winch system built into the trailer that pulls the cables to the back one at a time when you’re setting up a run. You don’t need a second piece of equipment for it and you’re not waiting for one to come free.
Drive it to the next job
Take the flotation tires off, store them on the trailer, put road tires on and add a plate, and you can tow it behind a semi. You don’t have to load it onto another trailer to move it.
The tongue takes either a pintle hitch or a fifth wheel. You can order both and swap them out without having to order two trailers.
It works with your VelociWrapper
A dive board slides into the back of the trailer and carries a VelociWrapper or a JAW, so the reel and the wrapper move down the run together.

Other Things On It Worth Knowing About
Works With

VelociWrapper Trailer
A 15 ft trailer that carries the 312 along with the Fairlead and the Excavator Adapter, and adjusts to match your reel trailer height. Can be double-towed behind the Reelodon if you don’t want a dive-board setup.

Quick Mount
Bolts to the reel trailer so a JAW can be lifted off the cables without unbolting it.

Telovor Fairlead
Lifts and places the cable once it’s bundled.

VelociWrapper & VelociWrapper JAW
Ride on the dive board at the back so the reel and the wrapper run together.
